The Psychology of Colors

Ever Wondered why McDonald's, KFC and Pizza Hut have a dash of red in their logos? Because the color red whets appetite. Our team looks at the many shades of color that make us see things differently.

Primary Colors :-

YELLOW Cheerful or Warm, Most likely to Strain Eyes or Cause Eye Fatigue and make babies cry ( Don't paint a baby's room yellow, because they are more prone to crying).

RED Evokes Strong emotions, Encourages Appetite (As mentioned earlier, the reason why most of the restaurants use red in their signage/ads is because it encourages Appetite ) , Passion or Intensity and Red Roses symbolise Love.

- Studies show Red can make you do poorly in Exams! - Red is hypnothesised to impair performance on achievement tasks, because it is associated with danger of failure in the achievement contexts evokes avioidance motivation.

BLUE :-  Most preferred by Men, Calmness or Serenity, most used color for offices (as people are more productive in blue rooms), Curbs Appetite, Associated with water + Peace.
